The establishment of the Society of eminent chefs in China aims to build communication and interaction between this group and chefs from hotels and social catering establishments, play an exemplary role, improve the professional qualities of chefs, and better inherit Chinese culinary techniques and culture. With the international development of Chinese cuisine, there are more and more exchanges and interactions between Chinese cuisine and global catering cultures. We have the responsibility to promote Chinese cuisine to go global, learn from others, integrate and innovate, and create more honors and opportunities for elite chefs.
