The Hellenic Chef’s Club is a professional association of professional chefs based in Greece in Europe, and it is also the organizational institution representing the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) in Greece. Its aim is to spread European cuisine and traditional cuisine, and to improve the skill levels of professional chefs. Since its establishment, the Hellenic Chef’s Club has successfully established its leading position in the field of European cuisine. With the great initiative of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Hellenic Chef’s Club is committed to integrating and developing the food cultures of both sides by admitting Chinese members, and sharing the cooking techniques and professional blueprints of chefs. The club has a Global Gastronomy Center, which aims to establish the awareness of food worldwide and display excellent ingredients. The Hellenic Chef’s Club hopes to unleash more potential in China, showcase cooking techniques and conduct exchanges of European food culture, and play a promoting role in the international expression of food culture! In 2020, the Hellenic Chef’s Club opened its membership to foreign members for the first time. The Society of eminent chefs in China serves as the only officially designated cooperation platform, and the recruitment channel has now been opened!
