Society of eminent chefs in China

Culinary Life, Glory Blossoms.

Since its founding, the Society of Eminent Chefs in China (SECC) has emerged as a premier platform for the growth, collaboration, and networking of countless catering enterprises, professional chefs, and industry professionals, driven by its professional, multifaceted platform strengths.

The SECC supports industry advancement through a robust, multidimensional operational framework encompassing key areas such as event planning, cutting-edge industry insights, culinary innovation and dish development, professional training programs, ingredient supply chain solutions, international exchanges, and celebrity chef endorsements. This creates a comprehensive resource network that spans the entire industry value chain. By fostering a collaborative model rooted in co-creation, shared resources, and mutual success with peers, the SECC continually injects momentum into the catering industry’s high-quality development. It actively promotes the sector’s evolution toward greater professionalism and global integration while working to cultivate a vibrant, forward-thinking industry ecosystem where innovation and growth thrive.

Looking to the future, guided by a global perspective and building upon its existing international exchange resources, the Society of Eminent Chefs in China is committed to deepening technical dialogues and cultural exchanges with culinary elites across the globe. Through the sponsorship or co-hosting of international culinary competitions, forums, and analogous events, the SECC aims to systematically propagate Chinese food culture on a worldwide scale. Concurrently, it will enhance its vocational training and competition incubation functions, establishing a dual-track competition system encompassing both domestic and international scopes. This framework will provide members with avenues for skill demonstration, competitive improvement, and the cultivation of high-caliber culinary talent. By identifying and nurturing such professionals, the SECC seeks to facilitate Chinese chefs’ integration into the international culinary arena, elevating the global influence of Chinese catering practitioners through technical exchanges and competitive engagement.

Within the industry ecosystem established by the Society, members are afforded opportunities not only to cultivate professional relationships with distinguished chefs at home and abroad—thereby enhancing their expertise through technical seminars and collaborative culinary innovation—but also to utilize the platform’s resource advantages. These include support in career development planning, personal brand cultivation, and international resource coordination, all of which align with the Society’s brand vision: *“Let Your Culinary Journey Shine Bright.”* This vision encapsulates the commitment to enabling every member’s culinary talents and dedications to achieve recognition and distinction, both nationally and internationally.
